For the first time in a long time, the cottage is open and ready to go in May.  We even got some skiing in on this mild weekend.

The tradition continues. Summer is here and the fireworks were never ending all weekend long. We even let off a few flares of our own, but

 With the kids getting older and having to work that leaves just Rusty sometimes, so with no one else to take tubing the challenge is to get him a good ride and WET.. Job well done! 

A busy weekend, only got the camera out on Sunday after the working boys had left.  Captured Gramps on Ski's as the tradition continues for him and Rusty with a new twist on the knee board as well as some tubing fun with Nikki.

Rusty and Nikki took to the tubes, this time it was Nikki that got tossed quite a bit.

Yup the old ones did not make it, ripped the handle right off along with most of the cover, picked up two larger, thinner ones that seem to get some good air.

Not a lot of water sports this weekend, weather was off for this summer so we had some fun in front of the bon fire and the boys got the shovels out.

The board came out and the zip sled this weekend, weather returned to near perfect

It is always sad to see another summer come to an end.  Rusty and Corey were there a lot and kept us busy.  Overall the weather was HOT and very few bad days...
