Big Sandy - July 25th Weekend : Summer is finally here, or at least we can't wait any longer. Grampie got up for the first time in a few years and the rest of us joined in the fun. Sunny and light wind in the 80's, more fun tomorrow. July 25th Saturday

Grampie got up skiing this weekend, first time in a few years.  Summer is here after a long week of rain and lousy weather another nice beach day.

Big Sandy Pond - July 26, 2009 : Sunday July 26th, the Thunderstorms hit about 9 am, we had coffee and breakfast under the awning and considered packing up and leaving, just about when we were all done the Pagington's showed up and blocked our exit. Sun came out and the boat came back out.. Some great tubing before the next storm threatened and we were back to packing and leaving a few hours later. Big Sandy Closing Weekend 2009 and Family Pics : Another year at the lake comes to a close.. The water is high, the weather was pretty good all summer a few great weekends and a few with some rain. Overall no heat waves to speak of and after a rainy late may and early June we had a lot of fun.. Haskins kids are getting older, Duncans not far behind but the Pagington's are just getting started. Boston Lighthouse Cruise Aug 22, 2009 : We gave Dad a trip on a lighthouse cruise, including some of the grandchildren. The weather report was bleak with a noreaster coming in and it did just a day later than anticipated. Seas were calm to start and never really got much of the swell and wind from the oncoming storm. Sun did come out and we had a nice tour from Boston Harbor South to Plymouth Light. August Lighthouse Cruise
